  This Arby's is awful. The food took forever to come out and was just slapped together, my fiancee went back up to order apple turnovers and asked them to make them fresh because the ones they had made already looked pathetic. He walked away and they had it waiting he looked at the shelf and saw the spot they were at was empty and opened the bag and saw they had finger holes in them. He asked for them to make them fresh and said he wasn't going to eat this. The cashier tried go argue with him and he was firm. The manager from the back yelled they take 25 minutes to make new and he told them to make them he will wait. After about 10-15 minutes they were done. The cashier rang her son out while we were there and be bought a drink and she then gave him a ton of free food for him and his friends.

  I absolutely love this arbys. Its the only one I'll go to. They are always so kind, helpful and smiling when I walk in to order my food. Its very personable and the food is always fast. Great job everyone!!
